Peace Inspired
in gratitude to all who have come before us
working tirelessly toward a vision of a world without violence,
and dedicated to all who hold this vision of hope relentlessly,
as well as to our children yet to come
Nations would more effectively handle their national issues rather than waste resources trying to solve global problems that no one country can solve alone. Many federations, such as The United States of America, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Germany, and India can help provide successful models for this effort. Appeal for action: 1. We envision a world at peace where all people have the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. How do we get there? It is time for a Constitutional Convention at a global level to transform the loose confederation of Nations into a strong, democratic federation elected by the people of the world and charged with the creation and enforcement of global laws and resolution of world issues.
The US solved a similar problem in 1787 through their Constitutional Convention. The loose confederation of states established after the Revolutionary War was not working well. There were battles between the states and serious trade disagreements. Peace was achieved when the Constitutional Convention transformed our loose confederation of states into the strong federation we have now.
